New color clients
We love to have a color consultation with first time clients before actual color appointments. This way we can talk about your hair color history, what goals you have, go over pricing, while also estimating how long the service will take. Consultations are completely free and only take about 15 minutes!
Appointment Policies
We know better than most that life happens and things come up. We just ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.This gives us some time to hopefully fill the appointment. If the appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, there will be a 50% fee.
If an appointment is no showed, 100% of the appointment must be paid before a new appointment can be made.
